Sorry, I went to a small high school that didnt really teach about american laws so i dont know all the ins and outs just the basic stuff eventhough this may be common sense to you guys
My entire district had less than 700 kids. That's 700 kids between middle, high, and elementary. The town it was in was still actually a village and had only 900 population. This is common sense. The size of the school has nothing to do with it.
This is extremely entertaining... Now I don't blame you Europeans for stereotyping us.

THERE IS NO AD!
In America false advertisement is against the law. We take words seriously here and if you say something and advertise it you are usually legally bonded to your word unless you specify otherwise in fine print. And as i said earlier, the in-store manager blamed it on gamestops system so im thinking It might not have been shopsavvy
Stop making America look bad.
This was the best read I've had in a while.
Sue them. Sue them for all they're worth. lol

You need to be stupid to need 3 pages in order to understand it was never GameStops ad, since it was basicly said on the first page. It may have been a small high school, but i promise you most of the people there would have understood that it wasnt GameStops fault, either from common sense, or from the first few posts. But then I was proven wrong and was informed on copyright infringement and so now i realizeno one was at fault....end story
Neither are at fault. ShopSavvy made a small mistake and that's it.
How many times do I have to say the in store manager blamed it on their system so that is false advertisement. Sony's response: "Errors happen."
"The price was wrong on a mysterious app" "MUST SUE" Jesus, get the fuck over it. I hope you try to sue just so you get laughed out of the building.
