Outta frustration I guess.
[img_thumb]http://www.facepunch.com/fp/rating/box.png[/img_thumb] rate me dumb
Uhm, you call that incredibly weak passage proof for the whole religion? Your critical thinking skills must be in the negatives to come to that conclusion, wow, religious logic at its best. You said yourself that God cannot be demonstrated, thus belief in God/any god is unjustified, lacking a belief in any god is exactly what atheism is; it has nothing to do with the big bang or evolution.
Actually the Quran is full of passages to the same effect But I won't get into that
I have thought for awhile that when we die we are reincarnated to the very bottom of the food chain, then when dying there we work up the chain to human once again. A never-ending cycle.
Is this one of those pull out of your ass theories?
i hate reading these threads I don't know why i clicked on it and I don't want to die but someday i'll have to
When I'm dead I won't probably care about it, and if there's a god and god forgives, god will forgive me for being an atheist.
You should read up on what you're making fun of before you make fun of it, makes you seem less like an idiot.
i hate reading these threads I don't know why i clicked on it and I don't want to die but someday i'll have to
because you love shit posting?
Is this one of those pull out of your ass theories?
Why do you think that?
"Then he is malevolent" Oh no, not the box. Please sir, don't rate all my post in this thread box, I don't think I could take another!
Only if I knew what that meant
In that case I'll be up here along with many awesome FP'ers. While you and the rest will be down here. Have Fun.
I like the design of hell a lot better. Christians must not make good architects if all they could think of was stone path and randomly placed arches.
If youre going to die, then die with style! Also 500th :D
Why do you think that?
It just seems, stupid. but whatever floats your boat. [editline]08:06PM[/editline]
I like the design of hell a lot better. Christians must not make good architects if all they could think of was stone path and randomly placed arches.
lol
It just seems, stupid. but whatever floats your boat.
How? It makes perfect sense. Why we have a food chain.
How? It makes perfect sense. Why we have a food chain.
then explain it to me.
I like the design of hell a lot better. Christians must not make good architects if all they could think of was stone path and randomly placed arches.
I agree with you.

See now at this young age everyone is scared of death, because we haven't lived our lives yet and we are (for the most part) full of energy and healthy. We want to live. But when we grow older we start hurting everywhere, tired all the time, can't move, can barely think. That's when we will be waiting for death, and we won't be scared we will want that eternal peace and rest.

If I recall correctly, some shape-shifting guy told a "really important guy" that ants crawling in his palace were all past "really important guy."

I'm not afraid of death itself, everyone will die eventually. No matter how harsh, death is part of life.
The only thing your guaranteed in life is to die.
No feelings should really be felt about death either way. If there is an afterlife they, hey there is an after life. If there isn't, your obviously not going to feel sad about it since your clearly dead. As for leaving your loved ones behind, if there is an afterlife your loved ones are EVENTUALLY going to die. If there isn't an afterlife you don't care at all since your dead. Ezpz
Actually the Quran is full of passages to the same effect But I won't get into that
Full of passages with words that when selectively combined, form VERY basic physics equations? Sounds like any book. In any event, it's wholly irrelevant, even if whatever holy book contained absolute knowledge that could only be verified in recent times, that doesn't make it a good source of knowledge because these books also contain loads of shit that only a moron would follow. That, and any such knowledge would have to be discovered/validated using science anyway so it's rather pointless. Plus, it still isn't even evidence for the existence of any god, who's to say that aliens from some distant star system didn't come here and tell the people advanced things?(and speed=distance/time is not advanced in the slightest bit). There's nothing you can put in a book that can demonstrate any supernatural creator of the universe exists, that requires empirical manifestations, which we all know don't occur. [edit] I'm aware the video claims more than just this, but jumping from 1000 years to 12000x the moon's trip length in a month is completely retarded. I may as well say Harry Potter, thus e=mc^2
I don't mind it. I'd prefer it not to be painful, wouldn't want to spend the last moments in here in pain, but otherwise, it's inevitable, so being scared of it isn't really smart in my point of you.
I think of death as nothing bad because I'm Christian.

What meme is that?
I didn't mind not existing for billions of years before I was born, so I probably won't mind after I'm dead, either.
What meme is that?
Probably a new one :/ I insist... I feel about death the same way as I feel about before I was born, is it really so hard to understand to some people?
A few great men use to say, "Be like a cherry blossom, live hard, die young" We all have to die of something ,and it's better to live out the time you got.
I can't wait for it tbh
