Saints Row can actually be played with one hand plus my face.
Basically I use my left hand for holding the controller and the right one for fapping. From there, I use my face to push the right stick whenever it's needed.
IT'S a lot easier in SRIV because you can get around the city by just jumping there is little to no driving and most bosses can be beaten with one hand.
You use the left hand to move and push the controller against your face to move the camera or aim.
This also how I play DOA and some racing games when I get bored.
In GTA I often need to fap during Crate Runs, so I try to keep my vehicle in the highway and slowdown so I get enough time to pleasure myself without stopping the truck I'm driving.
Keyboard + Mouse can be done too, but I don't fap using my PC that much.

It's interesting. Before learning how to fap, I did this everytime. Eventually I stopped doing it because it looked weird bringing a pillow or teddy bear everywhere.
