Ignore the video.
There's some story behind this.
Way back, some long time ago, I heard this song. It was way back when I was a kid, and I have no idea when or where I heard it. But for years I searched on and off for this song. There are so many songs with similar lyrics or covers of this song that it was an almost impossible task. If I remember correctly, bands like Queen and the Beatles have covered it (I could easily be wrong) but they always did it differently in a way that I noticed. It was never how I remembered the song. But I could sing the still sing the chorus.
Then one day, just last year, I become friends with a girl in my European History class. Between classes she asks me if I've ever heard a song called "Somebody to Love" by Jefferson Airplane. I didn't expect it to be the right song. But it was. My excitement confused the hell out of her.
Van Canto.
