I pushed all my bullies to the ground and punched them all quite hard multiple times, that seemed to do the trick. Nobody seriously messes with me anymore.
But you could always get a couple of friends and talk it out and if things get nasty you'll have your friends to beat the shit of them.
But the best way to handle this is by talking.
Uk, America and Canada have laws against it. Then sit back and enioy the show as an officer comes in, and drags him away to questioning, as his mom rages at him to no end, he has a criminal record on his CV for life and he is sent to a "mental problems" group.

There is one easy, simple way to fix it
Block them, and any alt accounts they make. Easy, problem solved.
Here's what you do:
Dealing with the weakling:
Counter troll him with shit you got off of facepunch or something. Just troll when he trolls.
If he tries to hit you, block the first shot, call him a puss, block the 2nd shot, say he has nothing. This will put him in rage mode and start swinging like crazy without aiming (if he's inexperienced).
Once he does this, hook him with your best hand. If you don't know what a hook is, then just tell your mommy that someone is butthurting you at school.
Dealing with the older guy:
Hang out outside a classroom with and open door. If he tries to hit you, block or dodge the hits while slowing backing into the door or a teacher's line of sight. The teach will suspend him for a week to two weeks depending on how good your school is. If he gets his little butt buddy friends to "hunt you down" talk to a councilor or a principal.

Or you can do a self defence couse at your local community center, work out a little, and now this is key. Boost your confidence. Then you will be able to hand it to any bully there.
Also, fight dirty. Kick them in the cunt or testicles, kick a lot, and if you manage to eventually get them on the floor, continue the pain train with a nice little curb stomp.
You'll get girls by standing up for yourself, too.
