Some how, I am not surprised. In fact, my sister is older. I'd say that the best thing to do is to try and talk things out with her. If that does not work, there is a method that (while I don't recommend it), has worked for me in the past. Two, actually. Option A: Get into a fist fight with her. Oddly enough, this helped the relationship between me and my sister, and it might do the same for her. The problems that I originally had with my sister was that she considered me weaker because I was younger than her (or something like that). We eventually got into a fistfight over the stupidest thing, and we beat each other up equally. This fight made her realize that I wasn't a pipsqueak anymore, and was capable of defending myself.
Option B (use only if you must): Get her psychologically. Several years after the fistfight, my sister and I once again had a big fight, although it was not a fistfight. Tempers flared (again, over the stupidest of things), and we got into an argument. She called me an idiot, and I exploded. I yelled at the top of my lungs at her, telling her that the only reason she picked on me, called me an idiot (etc, etc...) was because she was weak. I do not remember the exact words I said to her, and that is for the best. You'll know this method works when your sister cries, and you immediately realized you fucked up. Like I said, you must only use this if you have to. I still regret it.
I'm not able to tell you when to use these methods, but I can tell you this. Your sister may not show it, but she does love you. If you can make her feel guilty, that will change her. I cannot tell you when you will be able to use these options, but you'll know when the moment's right. (protip, Option A only works if she hits you first).
