I was using tor when I decided to load facepunch on my phone, and it said I was IP banned. I turn tor off, reconnected to my network and voila, not IP banned. I was a bit rattled as I never knew this site could IP ban. Do they not allow proxying?

Got banned from 4chan for posting nsfw on a sfw board, didn't know this at the time but blue boards are sfw and reds aren't. But it seems to be okay to post nsfw if you spoilerize the image even though the rules explicit states doing so is still bannable, guess mods there just let it slide.
I got locked out of the old forum I used to go onto "VGchat". And by "locked out", I mean that I'm not able to access the site anymore.
But I don't really care. The community was kind of shit and I got into lots of arguments. Probably the reason why I got banned.
So I went searching after that and found Facepunch. But now I'm not sure what the point of going into forums is now. I'd rather make friends on the Internet. Not to get too attached, but y'know, have friendly chats.
People come and go though. So there's not much reason to go on the forums other than seeing what's new. Or to start bitching.

It's still around, pretty sure. Not long dead by any means though, but yeah I also got not only banned but my account just totally deleted like a year ago when me and some friends were popping back in to see the sorry state the chat had become.
Which that is the only ban I got, besides editing the President of Mexico article on Wikipedia years ago, getting my school banned from editing it permanently. I don't usually do much in the way to get myself banned.

What? I thought that forum was deleted long ago thanks to a heapload of drama from CP and bronies back when they were first coming out of the woodwork.
I got banned from some gmod community a while back for saying that it was dying. The owner disagreed with me. A few days later, its website went down and never went up, same with the servers
I also got banned on the official spore forums for saying that game could have been far better if it werent so rushed
I got banned from ebay for not paying seller fees on an item I sold where they charged the seller fees many more times than they should have, so that it totalled about $700 when it should've been $15 at max.

Damn it, dude. That reminds me of something a friend and I did. A while ago, my buddy found some shitty Habbo Hotel ripoff and convinced me to join it. This wasn't because he thought I'd like it, it was because he knew I'd get bored and do something in order to get myself banned. There was a jukebox that allowed you to play songs from Youtube, Dailymotion or some third site, I think it may have been Grooveshark. There was a catch, though; the owner of the room had to play the song first, it was a kind of host approval method to prevent micspam. After a minute or two, we discovered that the jukebox was fucking horribly glitchy and allowed you to play songs so long as it was approved in ANY room. It wouldn't matter if say, a guy from Stormfront came on, created a room, played a bunch of Neo Nazi music and then got banned. It was approved, and it would stay that way.
Naturally, my friend and I decided to exploit this. We decided to search for shit like "anal prolapse" to see if any weirdos had been playing shock shit. Lo and behold, we discovered something awful: Infant Annihilator - Anal Prolapse Suffocation. We'd hog the jukebox of modless rooms and spam until everyone left. Eventually, someone approved Sanic, so we used that instead. The hub looked like a fucking wasteland with all the empty rooms when we were done. About eight hours later, both our accounts were deleted.

So for my 300th post I went to general chat and went "I just reached 300 posts, congratulate me you peons." or something like that.
I wasn't famous in the least, so this just got like "who cares? who even are you though?"
I went crazy and started going "omg wtf I hacke u stop" and they banned me.
I also stole the name EcksDee from that forum.
Also, one time I was playing Conquer Online. Was chatting away with this chick when she suddenly stopped responding. So I, in my literally 7 or something year old self went "Why arent you talking? what happened? if you dont respond in 10 seconds im never talking to you again"
so she came back a minute later and "what are you talking about I was taking a piss"
I never saw her again.
I've only been banned myself once; here on Facepunch for posting an image macro back when I still thought that was cool, but that was 5-6 years ago and I haven't been banned since. Having wielded a ban hammer for a long time on a couple of game servers probably has something to do with it.
I used to be on the Accursed Farms forum up till 2013 where I was permabanned just because I was unsatisfied with the Avatar rating I got on their Rate the Avatar above you thread. (Not the one I'm currently using mind you)
