Pipistrelles are so cute :3: There was two living on a hole on my parents' garage ceiling, and the floor under it was always covered in bat shit. One of them liked to chill out on there every night, it was cute to see its fluffy body and dark wings folded
One of them died recently, though, so my brother took that poor guy and we buried it on an empty icecream container full of humid soil. After 2 or three months I extracted the corpse and classified all the bones I found (Wing and leg bones, a scapula with the collarbone still articulated, a part of the jaw, etc...), shame I couldn't recover a complete skull, that would've been really cool
