I just filter them for:
*Hot girl
*Sharp image, no porn drawn with crayons
*Reasonable body proportions, breasts larger than the head aren't physically possible
*No young children/plateau chests
*No half a dozen penises randomly spewing cum everywhere
*No furry

And of course, I also pick out the ones to my own liking, which is pretty much what you have mentioned.
