As a musician and an absolute music fanatic, both things would be bad. Hell, even the "mute"-option would be a problem, seeing that my best musical talent is within the vocal section.

Still, I'd have to go with deaf. Blindness limits life too much if a person isn't used to it from birth.

Blind makes life a lot more challenging. A lot. Deaf doesn't stop you from living an ordinary life. I'm not sure which, I like challenges, but I'm gonna miss a lot if I was blind..

That's usually only if they're born deaf, so they learn to talk weird.

If you suddenly went deaf, you'd still talk the same.
