Forget Narnia, I was thinking more along the lines of the lighthouse in "Bioshock".

And also the world's hugest skyscraper, (15million sq ft of space, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai only have 3million), and that white part of the clock? It's millions of LEDs. Once completed, When the Adhan (prayer calls) is sounded the massive speakers hidden in the top can be heard from 7KM away and there will be a bloody lightshow from the tower. Sadly the clock is still bugged though, I've seen it go from 2:13pm back to 2:10 then continuing to 2:14, or maybe I have the ability to manipulate time or something but whatever.
