I can't tell you about the nacho chip bowls, but the pizza croissants are incredibly easy.
Go to your store and pick up a tube of Pillsbury croissants, uncooked mozzarella sticks, and any pizza topping of your choice.
Then, simply make the croissants as you would normally, but add the cheese and toppings as you see in the picture, and bake them normally.
If you have meat on them, you may have to cook them longer to make sure it isn't undercooked, but that's easy enough to do. Just don't burn the bread.
