I forget his name, but he's done at on of photos like that. Custom (obviously) made things that are formed to his body, that they bolt to surfaces. It extends into his shoes.

He's using a metal frame that's hidden underneath his jacket.
Probably just the angle of the photograph with some sort of pole attached to the wall behind him keeping him up
