That's not a very long exposure photo because the clouds are pretty crisp. Clouds move fast during thunder storms, so if the exposure time was several minutes the clouds would be very blurry.

what makes the water so clear in the picture with the shipwreck? It is because the sand at the bottom isn't disturbed as much, so the water is really clear? Or have I just been to some polluted beaches?
