I managed to get a circular saw and several scalpals trapped behind his ribcage, and they started blending his organs.
Lets just say that picking up the hammer and hitting him in the face a few times before sticking it in and thrashing it about didn't help and he died.

You can cut his ribs with a piece of broken glass from the scissors container.

Kinect doesn't detect fingers
This game is REALLY forgiving.
I had smashed open his ribs and ripped out his lungs with a hammer, cut out his heart by swinging around a scalpel randomly inside his chest. I carelessly dropped the new heart into his chest, and won with a A++ grade while he had 8 ml of blood left, no lungs, and no ribs.
