I have to say that pretty much happened to me... except I was the other guy that unintentionally "stole" his girlfriend.
But honestly, I couldn't imagine her being with a guy who was only interested in wanting to "continue his bloodline, his legacy" through her. Just as well him being very immature, very needy and not understanding that girls have their own decisions and rights.

I've been with my girlfriend for nearly over 4 months now, and everything just keeps getting better. I was rather surprised by her compliments the whole time I've been with her, that I was an "amazing guy". And of course I've been giving fresh, new, compliments to her just as well which pleases her a lot.

As a note to others. You always need to be mature to be successful in a relationship. It is a must.
