Dress up as a priest from Age of Empires and walk around shouting "WOLOLO" at them with a megaphone.
Mess up your church in some way. Frame them.
Make out with someone of your own sex in front of them, they can't do shit about that
Set up an Eastboro Baptist Church and challenge them to a dance off in the name of God for stepping up on your turf.
Wear one of those "I'm here with stupid <-" tshirts.
Get the biggest sign you can, and write "GOD HATES CRIPS" on it in big ass red letters. Then place it by them. Then run away a fast as you can.
I heard from my friend today that the Westboro Baptist Church was coming. To our town. To picket our churches. I don't know what to do. My friend asked /b/ and they recommended going there with popcorn and eating it very uncomfortably around them. What does FP think I should do? Ask for an autograph? Take a sign and get THAT autographed?
Yell at them saying that they are not Christians, because they are basically destroying our reputation by calling themselves a church.
WBC isn't a church. I'm not even convinced they actually believe the stuff they spout. They're legal trolls - they show up, start as much shit as they can within freedom-of-speech, then sue the city or cops or whoever tries to stop them from doing it. There's a reason like 90% of the family are licensed lawyers. The only way to beat them is to ignore them.
Actually I am pretty sure they believe in what they are saying. There was AMA(ask me anything) on reddit by an ex-member of them.
Good Luck.

For starters, Christianity has so many denominations and versions that you could say they have their own, and no one uses them as an example of Christianity except for maybe fedora-tippers. Even then I've never seen it.
