I made it. It's the 9-ball Touhou-meme (Which basically means noron/idiot/stupid/fool), made in such a way it also looks like the gmod-icon, so then people who know what Touhou is goes like "lolstupid" while those who don't go like "lolgmod" (And both are right, even thought the thing I wrote in the ball was "9", not "g") I am basically saying GMod is stupid, but that was not intended, plus, I like GMod anyway
