I just got Youtube's new layout and it's fucking horrible. Why is the player so small?, why is everything so hard to look at?, why is there so much free space on the right side of the screen, why is everything so barren?

The homepage defaults to "What to Watch" rather than "Subscriptions." I don't know why I don't have the option to view uploads in the subscription box. I don't care about how much ad revenue youtube is gonna make if I click on the shitty videos it recommends.

Honestly the main complaint so far I have about the new Youtube layout is the giant white space on the right side, but I rather like the new player design itself. Although since there is so much more white this will be murder on my eyes when I wake up.
