I don't see why you'd just want to start with something massive like that, I mean if you actually want to learn how to program you're going to be set for jobs but you need to start with smaller stuff, like I have some fairly solid ideas but me and my friend sure as shit aren't programmers; we're artists so we immediately get stuck given we can make the assets but neither of us can do anything with them.
