Gregory Peck has to be one of my favorite, and one of the best actors.
I read the book before watching the movie, and I just think it is AMAZING.
Daredevil with Ben Affleck made me feel....
It made me feel like I want to kill myself because the movie was so fucking awful.

Been awhile since I've seen it so I can't remember much of the movie but every time I think back to some of the scenes I just get really soft inside and almost cry.
I'd say so. I didn't even know it was a documentary going into it.
It doesn't really feel like it for the most part because it's done in such a unique way.
I almost said aloud, "oh shit." when they showed that real footage at the end, but my family was around :v:
My heart dropped because I thought it was a made up story around actual events, but the ending finally made me realize that everything was real the entire time, if anything it adds to the experience to not know it's a documentary the first time around.

This movie just has a charm to it that you don't see anywhere else now. Everything has to be dark, edgy and intense. Singing in the Rain was just constantly fun and pleasant and at the end of it you simply felt like breaking out into song and dance.
This movie makes me feel nostalgic for a time I never grew up in.

This movie is freaking amazing, the quote on the box calling it Fight Club, but in bording school is correct sort of, but doesn't do the movie justice at all.
The movie focuses on the two-headed nature of people and how we are all capable of good and evil.
It gets rather intense at times and the title is pretty awful, but if you get the chance watch this movie.
I cried atleast twice watching this... and the theme is just so chilling

I love musicals so much! They definitely give off that feel! I was actually the male lead in this play I'm about to post when I did it in high school. But the movie is just as splendid! It's called Hello, Dolly!
This is one of the best songs in it and makes you so happy! It was also featured in Wall-E at the beginning.

The ending of Toy Story 3 always gets me sad, when Andy gets rid of his toys.

From: The Legend of 1900
To understand the significance: 1900 is the name of the guy on the piano. He was an orphan abandoned on a cruise, spent his whole life on that boat, became the greatest composer of all time, thanks to his ability of composing songs out of people, just like he could put in music who they are. In that scene he is recorded for the first time ever, and for the first time ever he also see love with his eyes.
Oh and the ending of the movie. It's just.. overwhelming, must be the best monologue ever caught on tape, you just FEEL every word he said and everything and it makes you.. thinkgen about lyf. No, I mean, really. If you have two free hours spend them on The legend oh 1900. Everyone should see that movie atleast once in their life.

i highly recommended this film to pretty much everybody
based on the real life of a guy, christopher mccandless, who becomes disheartened with life, society and all such things and decides to give up everything he ever had/earnt/loved and hitchhike/travel the US, eventually ending up in Alaska.
it's just a really lovely film and gives you a chance to assess your life from a new perspective and see just what is important to you, don't be surprised if you come out feeling materialistic.
[sp]though he was an idiot for not getting a map of his local area in alaska, it would have saved him![/sp]

I really loves Zach Braffs acting, both in this and in The high cost of living. Two powerful, beautiful movies that he wrote, but Garden state really is my favorite movie of all time and one of the few that has actually made me tear up. Don't really know why, but there are a couple of scenes where the acting plus the resemblance from my real life experiences just are so perfectly entwined i just can't help myself.
The ending to Heat was pretty sad, and the music fit perfectly for some reason.
And the end of American History X made me sad.
But that end speech in "The Great Dictator" by Charlie Chaplain....
....damn beautiful

That speech is one of the most relevant and beautiful things anyone has ever said. It's so true especially when it comes to today's standards.

Really surprised that hasn't come up yet

It's about the distant friendship of mary, a young australian child, and max, a really old obese sperg that lives in the US, and about how, through their communication, they manage to make it through their extremely depressing everyday lives.
The movie pans across a very long period, 20 years, at least. Animated with clay. Go torrent it or some shit.
