I'd take a knife, cut myself from my wrist to the tips of my middle finger with a knife, start scribbling words on walls then take my machete and try finding out a way to decapitate myself before I bleed to death. Of course this is if I have the energy to do all of the above.

OR

Do enough heroin to kill a horse, then cut myself open with a knife and decorate a room with my intestines.

I just realized a lot of people said "I would kill myself", well I guess if you kill yourself that would be the reason why you only had 24 hours to live
