Regardless of you having a condom on your penis or not,a relative should not be an object of sexual desire for a healthy human being. Sex feels good, because we are programmed to enjoy it, because otherwise we would be likely to die out as its initial purpose was procreation.
The same way you're less attracted to "ugly" people, you are biologically inclined to mate with the person you are more likely to have genetically healthy offsprings. Having sex with close relatives would result in genetically unhealthy individuals. As your preferences do not change according to you planning to have children or not, lusting for your sister is not healthy and is probably an indicator that other mental challanges exist as well.
