As a pre-med student I can safely say you're quite bluntly wrong. Sexual interactions with close relatives results in a significantly higher recessive gene count becoming predominant. Many of these recessive genes are in fact harmful or even lethal. That's why having children with your sister (no matter how genetically healthy) results in a much higher amount of mentally and/or physically impaired individuals.

I didn't say he should fuck his sister and get children, but him being attracted to her is natural. Some teenagers even develop an attaction for their mother. I'm gonna clear up my post so people understand what I really meant.
