I finally figured out why adults never made such a big deal about vegetables and such when myself and other kids were adamant about not eating them. While yes it's true children have no upper threshold of sweet tolerance and crave sugars, adults are the ones that BUY the food and when you buy something you appreciate it more and don't want to waste it. Why they buy vegetables and not sweet stuff? Because they grew up not getting as many treats as the young recieve nowadays, probably. Me, I'm still on a 99% junk food diet because I'm a moron.
