How frequently do isolated cultures have a self aware moment of being that culture? Did a bunch of ancient Chinese guys ever sit down at a table and collectively thought: "Man, we are being so Chinese right now" and then continued on with their lives?
Does an isolated individual that is a part of a culture realize how incredibly cultural they are being? or do they just sort of feel casual and normal?

Guys I think ISIS is trying to recruit me because litterally for the past two weeks I've gotten like, 2-10 friend requests from men in the middle east. Coincidentally it's almost immediatley after I posted comments expressing my rage over what's happened in syria (the US is bombing the shit out of civilians) I mean OFC I just deny the friend request but idk.
