help i try to do sfc /scannow but it says that there's still an operation going on, the deal is i restarted after a dism operation didn't do shit at all and its still bugging me with this message help

It was interesting and a little macabre to watch somebody die in front of my eyes for the first time today. Here is some background so you are not confused. I was attending my nephews first birthday, there was alot of people there, so his dad(my brother in-law) borrowed chairs and tables from the fire station he is lieutenant at. At the end of the party me and my brother in-law went down the street to the firehouse to drop off the chairs and the tables. While we were there, the alarm in the station goes off for a call with cardiac arrest at an address that my brother had known as one of his friends. After the call rang, we dropped everything and sped off towards the location along with several volunteer EMT's and an ambulance. they had arrived before us, but at the time we got there I watched them try to resuscitate him with a defib and CPR, after the third try the man was pronounced dead at the scene. luckily it was just someone on the road and not my brother in-laws friend, regardless it I feel bad for the guys wife, who was there the whole time. talk about an end to a good party, this has been a long day in general... :surrender:
