In Anarchy Online I managed to get that gun on at level 25. What I've read is very true: it makes the 20-60 dungeon almost a joke. A shame that even fewer people are playing it, let alone in low level base game areas outside of people running multiple instances of the game to gear their alts. Not trying to be down on running multiple instances as I do it myself to buff the character I am playing as or to get stuff that is untradeable and decent at low levels. It's a whole thing that would be better typed out on a keyboard rather than my phone.
