I'm (half) Vietnamese and trust me, you don't want to go (I sat on a bus from Saigon into Cambodia). Outside of the one touristy attraction it's pretty eh.
Hmmm, Phnom Penh? I imagine you've seen the Angkor Wat in Siem Reap.
I've been to usa once and I'd like to visit again.

I did see Angkor Wat - Phnom Penh wasn't as bad but I'm guessing that's because it's a huge tourist attraction.

I'm an American who's never left the United States. Feels like I'm missing out on everything.

Phnom Penh had this really nice hotel that I wasn't really allowed to do anything in, but otherwise it was pretty boring.
I also met a Cameroonian soccer team there. Cool shit.
Thailand is just as bad but a little bit more developed.
