Yep. Almost everyone here in America drives Automatic. I think it's like 5% of drivers actually drive a manual here in the US.

In the Netherlands everyone takes their driving lessons in a manual car, only if you take a special driving lesson you can drive an automatic. The only people i know who drive automatic are old people here.
also only in a small part of the world they drive on the left side of the road, UK, south of Africa, area arround Australia, India and some parts in South America :)

Here too almost all driving lesson cars are manual. In fact people that take the automatic transmission driving licence are seen like kinda "special".

You can take automatic driving tests in the UK but you are only limited to automatic vehicles, which sucks.
