They have a much less advanced brain than we do, they don't feel pain like we do as their brain is much simpler. For an organism to perceive pain it must have a rather complex nervous system, what lobsters would feel is a 'reaction' to get away from the source of heat, not pain.

No they don't. Lethal injections take a while because they have to disable everything bit by bit, so the person being executed just sits there whilst their body slowly breaks down, whereas with a lobster it's rather quick and painless.
