Here is a simplified version, from what I understand:

Dumbass1 (Lauren) got fined for skinny dipping (swimming naked) in what I presume is her apartment building's public pool.

Dumbass2 (Danielle) points out Dumbass1's mistake, then inexplicably says the word "Polish" for no discernible reason.
