For instance, any criticism of the game on the bioware forums is met with closure of the thread and a ban for "Trolling". Or, if you want a different more game oriented example, bioware was banning people because low level characters were going into higher level planets and looting chests that were just sitting around and openable because they were "upsetting the videogame economy", you know, instead of patching it. It's a gigantic mess.
