I still don't understand how by any means is this laziness on disney's part. Everything about the scenes is different, it's not like the assets can just be transferred over and easily retextured like a 3d model. If anything the only thing that could've have been remotely recycled is the line art. Everything else is different, from the colors to the scene itself.
