It's some sort of message that originated from 4chan or something similar. It's been posted around /b/ for a while now, and it's just a bunch of newfags trying to scare people.

In other news: A guy from my work got a text dated December 12th, 2013. It was blank so he called rogers and asked about the number. They said it was an old house phone number that had been disconnected for 30 years.
