This is just one possible idea but I want to start upgrading my wardrobe. I already went through the process of getting rid of a lot of my old stuff, so I'm getting a couple graphic ones and then some plain ones.

Avoid buying shirts with detailed or distinct references to things that people might not know about. Anyone can buy a shirt with Mario on it, but you might get some weird looks if you're an adult.
That's why I go for more of the design-aspect.
Trust me, if I cared about weird looks I wouldn't have gotten this.

Like I said, that's why I like the design aspect. I usually wear plain shirts but I don't mind ones that are not just straight images and are actually neat looking.
Hell, I have a Horde Tattoo and a Bomb-omb Decal on my back car window, as well as a League of Legends Poro Plushie sitting.
