It won't really change much. Other than looking a bit different on the outside obviously, and halving fertility, men can live normally with one nut. It's when you lose both that you need things like hormone replacement therapy and it effects your body more.

They have to stay at a lower temperature than the rest of the body or sperm and their precursor cells will be damaged or die (at least 1-2 degrees lower than body temperature)

after i had ball surgery i refused to walk for ages and they had to get me out of the hospital in a wheelchair. lie down if you can but don't let pets or small children stand on top of you because that just makes it worse.
My stomach is like my freezer: it's too stuffed with food, and putting anything else in there would lead to a disaster.
