I can't believe people care so much about how other people play their games. It's honestly funny to me that some people think everyone should care about having the highest framerate possible. Like, 30 is my minimum that I can stand, but as long as the game works bug-free and without frame drops, I seriously couldn't care less about the framerate.
I still like TB, he does great reviews, and FPS and FOV do actually matter, regardless of what some people say.

That's just fine, but literally all TB did was make a curator list for every game that's locked at 30fps for people who don't want to play games that are locked at 30fps.

if I'm on the fence about buying a game and want to hear about how it runs TB is usually my go-to, his port checks are really solid even if you don't agree with his opinion on how a game plays.

I'm not commenting on the reason the thread exists since I don't pay attention to it. I was just mentioning how I find the subset of people who feel the need to tell other people how to play their games when, in all likelihood, the other person couldn't give less of a shit really funny.
Same thing as audiophiles who complain to people about how they need some 1000 dollar gold-plated cable to attach to their vinyl record player hooked up to 3000 dollar speakers to hear the music in the best possibly quality when they're talking to a person who puts a CD in their disc drive and plays it over their computer speakers and thinks it's fine.

I agree, I think preaching to people by saying "YOU SHOULD PLAY GAMES AT 60FPS LOSER" is dumb, but I fail to see anything wrong with trying to garner support for uncapped framerates when it doesn't hurt anyone who plays at high or low FPS.
As long as you're not being overly pushy, of course.

Oh, so it's not only me having that issue. Try ctrl+f5ing. That worked for me after logging back in when it logged me out.
I feel like I'd care a lot more about FPS if I had a computer that wasn't complete garbo.
Doesn't mean I think a game shouldn't run well I just don't care all that much but I can see why people would care about it.
