This is what makes it really dumb to me
TB even said in the video that it's not a review thing, it tells people the cap and if it can be fixed and that's it, it's nothing more then something to check before buying a game if someone cares about that kinda stuff.
There is really no reasonable reason to hate it

I don't really care about fps as long as the game plays smoothly but I have legitimate reasons for desiring a field of view slider. Namely the fact that too low an fov makes me feel nauseous which kinda isn't very conducive to enjoying a game. I'm fairly sure that's not privileged. (Not that you can generally argue against the people claiming that sort of shit in the first place, lol.)
