Thing is, we have an insecticide. Its this powder stuff that you lay down on where you think the earwigs are coming from and its supposed to kill them or poison them, if not deter them from going through it. The earwigs are mainly coming from our windows (They're right at ground level because basement room), so they like to find a way in through there. They don't get in if we have the windows closed, but there are still other earwigs in the house that like to make their way into our room because its kinda damp.
I have a dehumidifier running right now to help dry up our room. We turned the thing off after a while, and lo and behold, the earwigs came back. Now that its on it should help keep them out.

Last night after spending 6 weeks in Spain. Really bored of this place now
Fucking shoot me college is expensive. Basically have no way to pay for it outside loans so I'll be looking at close to $77k in debt.
Entry level positions for my major are at $45k though so it's manageable somewhat (calculators I used said I could be debt free in ~7 years) assuming I can land a job. Not looking forward to graduating :suicide:

Start with community college. It's devoid of any college life but at least you get an education.
Then you can move on to your expensive school that would otherwise put you $77k in debt.

Find work while studying. It will help alleviate some of that debt. Even if it's McDonald's or other fast food / retail. (Flagdog hasn't tagged you in your post, I dunno where you are.)

I plan to but even with a job I'll still be sitting on a huge mound of debt by the time I graduate. $10k chipped off is still $67k which is better but will still take years to pay off. I'm hoping to get a studio apartment and just live out by myself for awhile (at least til I get that debt paid off).
Also I live in the U.S.
