The Reegar Carbine on Mass Effect 3's Co-op. It's very effective against anything, especially if a Vanguard or Infiltrator equips it with incendiary ammo.

Nah, overpowered? More like perfectly (and yet annoyingly) balanced. It doesn't work half the time, you have to be pretty close to the other person in order for it to be accurate at all (and even then, it might only do 30%-50% damage to them), and it's the perfect tool to make you a massive target for everyone else on the server. All of those cons for the pro of having a chance to insta-kill someone and take their stuff? I'd say it's worth it, even if I do get annoyed by it.

The dragon form from Altered Beast. Not only can you spit lightning, but spamming the kick button surrounds you with electricity like fucking Blanka from Streef Fighter. Made for a pretty boring level overall.
I refuse to correct the typo in Street Fighter above. It made me think of the phrase Queef Fighter which brightened my day.
I miss the pre-nerf post-buff circuit breaker. It was so fun to kill soldiers and demos with it in 10 seconds flat without dying. That thing made engineer a hard counter to those classes.

I found G18 from BF3&BF4 to be incredible overpowered.
