I met the guy who wheelchaired around the world once at a TV show screening. His name escapes me though. Rick Hansen is who I met. [img]http://www.cbc.ca/thisibelieve/images/pic_Rick_Hansen-lrg.jpg[/img] From what I remember he was a pretty stand-up kind of guy.

I met Kenneth Oppel while I was on vacation (I guess he was on vacation too) and Orson Scott Card at a book convention. If you didn't know, Kenneth Oppel wrote Silverwing, Darkwing, Skybreaker and some other really really good books, and Orson Scoot Card wrote the Enders Game series. If you haven't read all of these, do it now, they're amazing. Although most kids read Silverwing as part of school program.
