Really not attached much at all. Moving within a year even, I'm really hyped to be leaving texas.
I'm sure it'll change eventually tho to where I do become attached to places
I hate this town. Everyone I know moved away years ago when they either finished highschool or graduated university. I want to move to the coast or back out east to Ontario again but I'm tied to this city because my employer has no plans of expansion as of yet and the cost of housing both out east and on the coast is impossibly unaffordable.

A transient life is a pain in the ass. The world is systematical geared to discriminate against who are nomadic.
If you move, make damn sure you have multiple forms of a ID. This includes a passport. Cause let's say you far from home, get drunk and lose your credit or debit card. Without multiple forms of ID, no bank will want to work you and you won't have access to your cash.
Which will lead to sleeping and begging on the street.
i enjoy the semisolitude of living out in the woods but still being less than an hour away from civilization

Alaska?
I love Georgia. I love the culture and friendliness of a small town. It isn't perfect by any stretch, and has its downsides like everyone having their dirty laundry known, but I like how you know a lot of people, or they know your family. I used to want to live in the UK where my dad grew up, but having visited recently, and the fact that most of my family lives in my hometown, it will be a while before I try that again.
Alaska?
nah, washington state. outside of the areas surrounding the puget sound and a few cities on the east side of the state it's fairly undeveloped

Ah, alright. I've thought about it, but Alaska might be a bit too remote for me, I've put more thought into Montana

Either you want go all the way or don't. I dont know bout Montana. I d o know bout living in remote towns. No fun.
At least in Alaska or Colorado there is tourism and could make it easier to make a living outdoors.
Very attached to Cape Breton. I'll probably be staying.
it depends, sometimes my dad locks up my hands as well but most of the time it's just the chain around my ankle. overall pretty attached I think.
Home is home, and most of my friends and extended family are in the city where I'm currently residing. Though the state of the country itself and the lack of security in life is just very worrisome so I'd want to get out of here when the opportunity arises. I'd love to save up a good budget and get a working visa somewhere nicer abroad and bring my family along as well. I'd even take a retail, janitorial or even a burger flipping job any day, as long as it's somewhere nicer and safer where I don't have to worry about getting stabbed or shot either by criminals or police.

Philippines.
The world I predict will under go a harsh transformation and it will be felt world wide. I dont think any place will be safe. Yeah but I understand your concern. Any chance to move a nearby nation?
Los Angeles may be a terrible city to the rest of the nation, rich with vice and corruption. Though I can't bring myself to not love it. I've grown up here, to the point where all the bullshit in the city I'm conditioned to, and it doesn't affect me.
The San Fernando Valley is a better area in the city as a whole. The district I live in has a sense of community and hospitality I have not come across anywhere else in the state. To this day, it has always remained a quiet, sleepy suburb with familiar faces that remember me since I was a small child. Even the local elementary school remembers me from when I went there. It's really heartwarming.
I may be forced to move soon, since the house I live in has deteriorating infrastructure. We're planning to move to Oxnard right now, but that can change. It will always be hard, no matter how much I prepare myself for it.

Rather take the chances in any case, since over here it's been already at a declined rate for many years now. Like I mean the Philippines isn't some war torn country that is bombed everyday so I'm thankful for that, but the harsh effects of poverty and large wealth inequality that was caused from a 20 year dictatorship is still felt and from a long road to recovery. People's belongings can be snatched and stolen at a whim, and if you're in public transportation you'd always want to keep tight of your belongings, and you'd want a cheap backup phone to use outside. If you get threatened though with your life, it's always better to just give everything away, because criminals will take another life just so they can have enough money to put food onto their tables. It's manageable but things can go wrong at any given time. I had already been mugged for about 3 times during college, and once while I'm working as a call center agent, on which I'm working at graveyard hours which is very risky.
My biggest chance right now, and onto which I'm saving up for as well, is to possibly move to somewhere like Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Japan. Other options include Australia and New Zealand, on which there are some good opportunities I can grab but the pool and chances to do so are a bit slimmer in comparison.
I have zero desire to stay in Scotland.
I don't particularly dislike it, though. I just feel that there is not a whole lot of opportunities for what I want to do for a career. That being said I don't feel any ties to Scotland; my mother's side are German and Norwegian and only my father's side are Scots, but the connections between them are so loose that I don't know who any of them are besides my grandparents.
I'm actually looking to move my studies to Canada and plan to immigrate there, probably the Maritimes.
Not to mention that I think attaching 'loyalty' to the bit of dirt you were born on is pretty dumb.
I've lived in 11 cities in 8 regional "metro areas" across 5 states and have never lived somewhere for more than 4 years so I don't really get attached to locations. I just moved to Denver at the end of last year and am loving it, but I really can't imagine living somewhere for more than a few years. Thinking I'll hit up Seattle next.
I'm all down for another country too but my effort on that front has just gotten me spammed with job postings in Swedish and Norwegian so I really need to translate "unsubscribe" for both those languages.
I'm a honest fan of the area that I live in currently, however they're very strict and it's not pleasant as I'm in a rough situation and would like to end it rather than just postpone it.
But the area is beautiful, the land is relatively cheap and the community is known for smoking marijuana, so it's definitely something that I can relate to ;)

I not sure about America. I have a relation who moved here and while safe, hates it due to how isolating the culture is.
That and America not exactly in the correct state of mind right now.
Not very attached to my current country, Its a really shit place here. (Killings of poor drug junkies, very poor economy, The world's most slowest internet) I'd rather migrate to the US, seems like a good place to have a new start in my life.

There are Filipino communities all over here too. Never realized it until I dated one for a few years but it's definitely available if you want a lower key transition.
Fresh out of graduating not a couple months ago and I'm somewhat torn. I love this state and Knoxville has kinda grown on me due to the years spent here for Uni, all the friends I've made here (Plus the ones that came to Uni with me from my hometown), the tech sector is pretty rich here and living is relatively dirt cheap. So I could see myself enjoy living here for awhile.
Simultaneously, I've reached a point with my SO (who recently moved to Atlanta from Knox) where I'm honestly thinking about moving down to (and thinking about moving in).
Despite both cities being in the South, both are pretty progressive, have strong tech sectors, etc.
End goal is to just build a house on my own terms, still have a good EE job, and hopefully live with my SO but still be in this area of the country b/c family, friends and familiarity.
not attached at all
i'm moving out later this year hopefully
my town and city are utter shitholes and i'll be fucking glad to get away from here
i've applied for universities that are in nicer areas of the country, and the majority of them are around 10 hours away from where i live
I'm not exactly attached but at the same time I don't really have anywhere else to go. I have zero friends outside of uni and most that I know here are going to go to california after they graduate.
Most likely I'll be living with my folks for a long time because I won't find a job after I graduate.
not that attached. I like the mississippi gulf coast as it's charming, cheap, and close to New Orleans and Pensacola. but I could live somewhere else if given the chance, like Cali or Florida. I also like how the ms gulf coast doesn't have a whole lotta crime outside drugs, beats where I'm from in Miami where crime was rampant.
also the gulf coast is pretty progressive and growing, which is awesome. literally only negative I can think of is were tied to the stupid mississippi stereotypes which sucks.
I'm from NYC. The traffic jams and hustle n bustle run through my veins. I'm currently living in Upstate, and the differences are almost absurd to me. I need to go back.

Yeah you're certainly not the Delta down there.
