Lol, let me see if I got this right. 0 is extremely rare, and 10 is quite usual. Wouldn't it be logic if it was the other way around. 10 being rare and 0 being common?
The title is misleading, it should be "How common is the...." Since 0 is rare and 10 isn't. Ah well. :q:
