Man, back before all this digital cable bullshit, it was awesome to tune into channels you weren't supposed to have and your TV would still play it halfway decent.

I remember doing that with HBO. Even though we weren't subscribed to their service, the signal could be run through our VCR's tuner and the picture would be halfway clear. Audio was fine too.
