• How do you think the world will end?

I've gotta put my vote on Human Ignorance, we seem to be destroying the most at the moment.
It depends on definition of the end of "the world". If you mean the end of human civilisation on Earth, that probably wouldn't be for millennia, but even then we'll probably have colony worlds, massive space stations, maybe even a new homeworld by then. The end of life on Earth would probably be 500 million years from now, according to predictions of the Sun's life cycle, although in the time it takes for the sun to become hostile to modern life, life would've evolved over those many millions of years to become more resistant to radiation and the intense heat. As for the Earth itself, 5 billion years is the estimate for the Sun to turn into a red giant, enveloping Earth in it's upper atmosphere, roasting the world to ashes.
Chuck Norris? *Looks around* Its not the time... Yet.

Sun gives off EMP burst, we get hit, fries nuke control systems, causing them to detonate.
I've gotta put my vote on Human Ignorance, we seem to be destroying the most at the moment.
We've had Super Volcanos and Comets; and even planetary collisions, do you honestly think humanity; which has been around for the blink of an eye, will destroy the world?
Human Ignorance. :colbert:
definitely human ignorance. i.e. biochemical warfare gone wrong
25 killstreak in the iraq war 24 if he has hardline ;)
Wasn't the sun exploding in like 7 billion years? Kai there's your answer.
In millions of years the sun will blow up. Then earth will go too.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_energy
It's still a theory. Sorry, but the cyclic model is still an possibility. On topic: End for life on earth, Gamma ray burst. End of the universe, eighter big bounce or big freeze.
Well, if you define the world as in the human race, then it will die either by ignorance, or evolution. We might become a new species in a few million years. If you mean the world, then it will be absorbed by the sun where it will become a ball of burning rock till it is finally turned to plasma/gas. Then that will be turned into a cold rock of a dieing star, where it will eventually be taken in by a black hole that will be destroyed by hawking radiation. Then the heat death of the universe will come to a close by the last destruction of black holes.
2402 is the end of the world. No, it's just some random date has nothing to do with anything yet.

thermodynamic equilibrium or the sun if you wanna be a party pooper
I say Zombie Apocalypse.
Here here!
Bugs. Creepy crawly stupid bugs.
either we kill it and die with it or we just die
Do you mean humanity or the galaxy? I think humanity will wipe itself out. Earth may die with it.
Nuclear winter. And the radiation from the initial blasts will spawn zombie-like creatures. Think ghouls, only all of them are feral. [editline]9:47[/editline] And if we actually survive long enough, the sun will burn itself out. It's quite literally impossible for us to live on Earth forever.
I'm Protestant, but I won't get into that to avoid arguement.
Whatever it is, I hope it's my fault. :3
Meteors becoming crashed into us.
Nazi zombies.
asteroid or when we eventually get absorbed by the sun
Eh, chose "other," because I kind of see humanity leaving this place after a while.
Vampire robot Nazi's who are also zombies
Hymen ignorance.
Dem russians. Nuff said'
