I get Why Reply? bans for saying something in the thread is anything less than OK.

For example: I was posting in a thread about Jersey Shore getting a third season and I said something along the lines of "NO! This show is horrible."

Long story short, if you post your opinion and it isn't backed by a reason, you get banned.
