Ehh, I don't really have a secret (I'm going to assume rather egocentrically that I was one of the adressed), but just eat healthy and remember to not spend [I]all[/I] your time in front of your computer. Get some nice cloths that you like to wear, shower oftenly and take just a second to make sure your hair doesn't look like a [I]complete[/I] mess. I don't do anything other than maybe comb it for five seconds, but it helps in the morning.
