They are a kind of wild plant that produces both beans and potato like tubers. The "Potatoes" are actually much better for you than regular potatoes and give you much more protein. It was an important crop in the 1600s, and many predicted it would become very important to the new world but for some reason it never really took off.

All I really wear are blue jeans and t-shirts, and when ever I am in the field I wear boots. Because most of my pictures are taken when I plan on being out in the middle of nowhere I usually wear old shirts so if they get ruined it is not a big deal.
Also I dont have many clothes at college so I just wear the same shirts on about a two week interval, this is all I brought to college...
