Dunno, went to the doctor today and she's referred me to the orthopaedic surgeon. I don't think it'll go away on it's own, the trigger finger is caused by a sort of cyst/tumour on the tendon which prevents it from gliding in and out of it's sheath properly, which is why it gets stuck and then suddenly releases as it pings in. They can treat it with steroid injections, and if that doesn't work they can release it with keyhole surgery.

I'm going climbing again today haha... but I'll probably stick to the easy routes so my fingers aren't strained. I can still work on my arms and core strength. I'll probably tone it down to once a week for a while and see if it eases off.

Shite thing is I work in the climbing centre hahaha. Looks like it's reception for me!

Sort yourself out with some slacklining. Getting that nailed really helps on the balancy shit.

(or just go nuts with the climbing tape and carry on climbing, worked for me with a broken finger...)

That dog serves as a meeting point outside the station, so you see lots of people waiting around and chatting with friends.
The statue is to commemorate a dog who'd wait for his owner to come back from work everyday. After the owner died he'd loyally keep waiting for his return at the same time outside the station for nine long years until his own death one cold winter morning.
